Q. Is setting up an account hard to do?
Answer: No, for a new account all we need is a completed and approved credit application and/or credit
card information for first purchase. Please call the Credit Department to set up your account.

Ordering Questions
Q. When I order stock items how long does it typically take before I receive them?
Answer: At Rx Systems, we have multiple warehouse facilities. The turn around to ship out of each
warehouse for stock items is 24 hours + the time it takes for shipping.
Q. When I order several stock items why do they come on separate days?
Answer: We have several warehouses across the country that stock different product that our company
manufactures or stocks. If we do not have all of the product requested, we will try and ship the
balance of your order from another warehouse.
Q. What is the lead time for my custom label or bag order to be produced?
Answer: 4-5 weeks for a REPEAT of your last order. Approximately 6-8 weeks for a NEW order
or an order with CHANGES, pending a proof approval by customer.
Shipping Questions
Q. What will shipping cost me?
Answer: We have 6 different locations and we will ship from whichever warehouse accommodates your
needs. We ship standard UPS ground and the cost is determined by weight.
Q. Can I use my UPS or FEDEX account number for shipping?
Answer: Yes, we can use your UPS account number for any kind of shipping you need, however, if you are
using FEDEX we are only able to use that for next day air shipments. When you place your order
through customer service they can help you get this set up.
Q. Can I get my tracking number for each order when it ships?
Answer: Yes, just let us know an e-mail address we can send that to.
